One Resource, Many Voices
Welcome to the Pathways Resource Library—a first of its kind information center for education-to-career research and tools from a variety of sources across the field.
The Pathways Resource Library is a compilation of existing and new research and tools and a directory of member organizations meant to encourage innovation and collaboration in the field.
There is widespread support for education pathways from key audiences.
Employers, parents, learners, and educators alike find education pathways valuable and see that they can benefit both individuals and society as a whole. This is good news, but we must dig deeper into the motivations and aspirations of each audience to move them to action.
Learners
Learners prioritize an education that supports a happy, meaningful life but they don’t feel prepared for the real world. Find help communicating with learners who are evaluating their options for the future.
Families
Many parents and families are open to exploring pathways programs for their children: Yet college remains the gold standard. Find help communicating with families and caretakers who are helping learners make education and career decisions.
The Pathways and Workforce Funders Group
The Pathways and Workforce Funder Group (PWF), a group of national education-to-workforce pathways funders, is dedicated to learning from each other and field leaders about the most pressing opportunities and challenges in the pathways ecosystem and how to overcome them.
